The Importance of Infrastructure in a Nonprofit

Django.org's ops team is made up of a bunch of volunteers who are busy rebuilding servers on the weekend and all the rest of it. So facilitating various working groups, a really active one is the documentation working groups. And then as you were saying, just the infrastructure of a nonprofit or community thing. But so much of that is people don't think about in terms of going out for grants and Python is built.
