Is the Judiciary Enough to Implement Illegal, Unconstitutional Orders?

i don't think the judicial branch is enough to implement illegal, unconstitutional orders. Ultimately it comes down to 325 million people in america paying their taxes,. 25 million people have tremendous influence with how they use their time and resources. It's hard to get real numbers because they so much. So what can you trust? W what dat strim is reliable? You know, i don't know.
