What Is Mindfulness?
The word mindfulness is used in different ways by different people. There isn't even a final agreement among all the scientists studying this process. The heart of mindful awareness is a receptivity and acceptance that you could simply say as a part of a larger process called presence. You can cultivate it through different of what are sometimes called formal practices, like meditation or tiche chegong,. centring, prayer, yoga. And there are also indebted practices that we integrate into our daily life.
