The Importance of Learning in a Company

I don't know anybody who is comfortable with sucking at anything for a little while. Yet alone, the perception that people above them can be comfortable with that. I make enough mistakes that I expect them from myself with consistency. And look, in some systems, especially brand new, start-up-y kind of services, that's very little work. If you're building airplane engines, then there is a significantly more complex, least amount of work you can do to learn whether or not it works.
