Do You Talk to People in a Baby Voice in Public?

i used to wipe her paws every time we came in the house. Id no longer do because her paws are really sensitive, and it was irritating them a little bit. i despise people that bring dogs into restaurants that are not well behaved. I don't try to push the rules if somebody doesn't want a dog in a space. And i've worked in restaurants and in places i've worked where pets aren't allowed. When people would insist onbringing their pet, it drove me out of my mind.
