Is Your Worker Acting More Like an Employee?
If you feel like your worker is acting more like an employee, you probably should consider moving them over to an employee situation. Do they report back to you daily? Is it easy for them to get fired? Would you give them breaks and tell them they have time off or not? And the second thing on that two part test is also equipment, supplies and work area. If you're providing that same, that work environment and you're controlling their time, they're probably looking like an employee.
