The Supreme Court Strikes Down the OSHA Vaccination Mandate for Large Employers

The Supreme Court issued decisions in both cases by a six-three margin. They struck down the OSHA vaccination mandate for large employers. On the other hand, they upheld the CMS mandate for healthcare workers. I am one of the relatively small number of people who believed that the Supreme Court got both of these cases wrong.
