How to Talk About Mental Health in the Workplace

Mental health in the workplace can have such an impact so people who feel like mental health conversations are normalized and like they're validated feels differently. When leaders are talking about it whether that's in sharing their own struggles or saying hey it's okay if you're not okay let's take out time to either have a one-on-one conversation about this. Psychological safety can go such a long way to go then one step further if there are opportunities in place for people to have the flexibility to go to their therapy appointments to take a mental health day.
