I thought Mark Benioff did a great job of handling the layoffs. He took responsibility, he dealt with the visa issues, he didn't talk down to people. I think Reddit has a really big opportunity and I hope they seize on it. They made a lot of strides in content moderation, etc. That now you could build upon. Every day, the value walks out of the building. And so I think they have to figure out how to manage these workforces in a different way.
