Is Technology the Place to Watch?

Oil went up to the 200 day moving average at 95 33. Oil's 92, 91. Guess what the nasdak and the sa p has done since? It's rallied. The real question on everybody's mind is whether it's 50 or 75 basis points in september. And i think he's going to wait till at least september thirteenth, when he gets the august c p i, before making any decision. So i just don't expect the fireworks on friday, that maybe there as somear at o expect, i don't know.
