If you read the private equity trades, and I do, you'll read a lot about succession planning. And so there's Max von Sidel painting his little soldiers three days of the Condor semi retirement. Well, that is really specific. Really well done. So you can understand the insanity of this concept where like, you know, 57, 60 year old guys who own companies don't just say, hey, CFO, let me hand you this business and all the equity that goes with it because I'm pretty much done.
