Sally Kohn: As a regulator that's worked for big and small brands, I kind of break down my work into three parts. She says she looks at the inky list to figure out if the product is using any of the FDA lists restricted or prohibited ingredients. The toxicologist would again review each ingredient, review the exposure, and then also review toxicity. And finally, there are some required elements that you need to include on your label.
