I think especially at the BBC there are a lot of colleagues around that you can learn a lot from these people I think. And by this point in time you're also teaching a lot to other people. Maybe even that there must be a synergy going on there you're teaching through your blog through your presentations through your role. So congrats on that because that also implies that you have some say in what a new person on the team gets told and gets taught to get up to speed with things.
