How to Be a Role Model in a Small School
I think working in a very small school and there was two or three teachers in total at the first school I was principal at we all had to do yard duty every single day. There's no moment in time that you can just walk past a bit of rubbish and no one's going to see that so it's just making yourself a role model for everybody um and just finding the time to do it.Yeah being in a small school and I feel the small school principals need to put in the system principal in every school regardless of size because there's a lot more complexity with smaller schools. Yeah even when you've got a smaller school with less students it's not like all of those administrative duties
