How to Track a Ransom Note
Samantha Keys' debit card was used in Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. The kidnapper asked that $30,000 be deposited into Samantha's bank account. FBI worked out a deal with the bank so they would be immediately notified if someone tried to withdraw any money from her account. But even though they're getting notified immediately, it still takes them a few minutes to dispatch somebody to the ATM.
