I Love BLK Mineral Drops and I Love Affirmations

I do a big glass of warm lemon water and I usually add BLK mineral drops into it now or a pinch of pink Himalayan salt. Usually that I will usually light an incense or my smudge stick. After that I have some organic coffee and I've been adding the salons cinnamon right into the coffee grounds first thing in the morning. It kind of gives it this little bit of a cinnamon flavor. Then I do five to 10 minutes of a yoga stretch in the morning, working out the kinks of the body.
