Is It Possible to Lose 15 Pounds by Adding Fruit to Your Diet?

There is some research kind of hinting at the idea that when you add fruit to your diet and you don't change anything else, you might even reduce your caloric intake. So if you went from a sugary beverage to increasing fruit intake, adding that fruit might actually induce just a tiny bit of weight loss. But I have no idea how I'm going to address editing those two things together.
