The Public Health Model for Responding to Criminal Behavior

Great Caruso and Dirk Paraboom have developed this quarantine model for responding to criminal behavior. The public health model seeks to look at the societal factors which tend to cause people to be vulnerable to committing crimes. And it also acknowledges that those are the same factors which heavily influence people's health and well-being as well.
