Are We Killing Disparate Impact Laws?

I'm happy to sort of look at those laws and say yeah let's repeal them. I don't need to know whether that's the cause of recent trends or whether the trend is going forward or against it Whether the overall trends are good or bad. Say, sure I'm happy to support that. Those trends are evidence of like the empirical impact of those laws right if you if you put a law in place and then it causes and then bad things happen afterwards in the area which that law governs, then that's some kind of signal. That still retains some kind of truth there. Right. Wait I didn't understand why any of this is a critique of my arguments at all. Like
