Introduction
Apple announced it will be implementing tools that will check all iPhone users' phones for child pornography while well intentioned some unintended consequences are on the horizon. Worldwide people took 1.4 trillion pictures with cell phones just last year. Apple software is going to have to scan 200 billion pictures each year. People who have every right and every reason to privately send a photograph to someone else now will have to understand that there is a very good chance, if you're working with an iPhone, that those photos are going to be shared.
