In your workbook, you talk about couples based mindfulness exercises so that you and your partner can both tap into the benefits. Can you give us an example of a technique that partners could use together to practice mindfulness? Yeah. And I will take no credit because this is a practice that was developed by Masters and Johnson in the 60s. It's a really popular and really powerful exercise called Sense 8 Focus. The person doing the touching isn't trying to elicit arousal or try to get the other person to orgasm.
