Is There a Paradox?
How do we reconcile being a science informed profession and having an overarching framework that perhaps evades science? Is there's a paradox? I'm not sure. Thes logical is physical outcome measures that perhaps don't exactly capture the whole damned point of the thing in the first place, which isit ixactly what i said, does it? That's peisely exactlyus. And again, evenan, you know, if we look at the random ize control trial, and then you actually look at the patient outcome. You know, sometimes hard to to put those two things together.
