The Character of Jesus' Rulers
Jesus essentially sets up a structure when he calls those 12 to himself. All those who serve in the church do that as a servant, says Pope Francis. There's this collegialness among what's called the prismiterate like the priesthood united to the episcopate. And so yes, there's a collegial character.
