The definition of games will tell you whether or not something is a game. And then you can play that game, but you need not play it as a game, right? So a football player is still accepting the constitutive rules if he's a professional football player. But he is simply not accepting the rules because he wants to play the game. He's accepting those rules because, uh, it's his job. The axiomatic parameter has now escaped to be...a description of human behavior and natural human behavior.
