What Should I Get for Video Production?

The number one thing people always ask me before they start filming, is what should i get? But it's not about that. What is more important is how you or some one whom you're interviewing, someone who is presenting on camera, how they are coming across and whether they can convey that message. It's the fear, the fear, really, of being afraid, the fear of failing. So why do we experience this fear? And it's very comparable to public speaking. Dont know you'd do this as well.
