i prefer the assault bike and the elliptical over just like a standardized recumbent bike, just because it's only your legs moving and your upper body's fixed. My favorite now is the elliptical, because it mimics what i'll do with the Elliptical - cue a heavy heel all the time. And so i've used that inimproved mobility significantly with some people. Again, most people, i find, have rtime bending their knee. U most people cand of just hang out nee hyper extension. Anyway, yhou're right. So we want to improve our tibias ability to internally rotate,. which means that we can pronate our foot more effectively
