How to Succeed in a Software Company

When you agree that you're not just a job board, I think it signals to the executive team and the rest of the organization. It provides an explanation for actions that are being taken or pursuing M&A activities. Once we have clarity on something like, what business are we in, there's a whole discipline around how do we over-communicate? And then another discipline around, how do we reinforce that through all the human systems?
