Rhodes attorney James Lee Bright says he expects the Justice Department to take this mixed verdict as a sign to move full speed ahead with prosecutions against others allegedly involved in planning January 6. "I think at the end of the day, even though it was a mixed verdict and the jury didn't convict all defendants and all charges, the reality is this is still a major victory for the Department of Justice," said Bright.
