Do You Keep the Original Uncatalogized Sounds?

For archival purposes, that's why the original sounds are always completely untouched directly as they come off the recorder. I back those up to a separate spot and then I clean up and make library material out of what I think I need. Also do a lot of recording in the studio making weird sounds and cutting up synthesizers which I'll just let run for hours and then chop them up. And I keep all those recordings as is as well.
