You say in your book that you tried to stay and fight to keep s d and y from being corrupted. But i do have to ask, why didn't we hear this from you when they told you to prosecute john carry? Or if you couldn't do it then, while you werestill holding the job, why didn’t we hear it from you when you were fired? Well, i haven't focused on whether it's a crime or not, but i can tell you it violated all the norms and traditions of the department of justice which is supposed to be independent from politics.
