Transitioning to an Employee Owned Business

I don't know if your kids or anybody else's kids are interested in taking it over. We've been working for years on transition, both from the asset capital equity part as well as grateful that we've got three of our kids and nieces and so forth in the business already. That's really the way we've always looked at it is if that was not the case, I think we'd be looking at a different strategy. Perhaps if there were not family that were interested, could be employee owned or there's other ways of doing it.
