Is It Possible to Double Our LifeSpans?
I have like, a lot of r reverence for, for these ideas. The hard part is to distinguish between, oh, not interesting, or i disagree with it. I think there's some really good research that says that your relationships are a much better predictor happiness than anything else in your life. And on the one hand, you know, there's ancient wisdom,. and those are very recent studies, so i think that's meaningful. A er, potentially like outweighed. Ah, but i think there's something about the kind of, like, lonely sage in in a mountain cave type of happiness that is just, like, not quite suitable for everybody.
