When you're pitching on IP or a rewrite to get a job, I so much of that is also them seeing if they want to work with you. Like when you're in the pitch, sometimes they'll start throwing out ideas and can you kind of have this conversation back and forth? You know, they're really definitely looking for your vision. Being the writer, it can be hard sometimes because you feel like they've got an idea of what they want this to be. They already have all talked about it. Why aren't you just telling me so I can know? But so much of it is, well, what is your vision?"
