Critical race theory says that in an antagonistic, oppressor versus oppressed relationship, pieces this creates what he calles social relations. And thouse social relations actually become self perpetuating. The people who benefit from them to keep them in place want to deny that they are engaged in anything oppressive,. That they're complicit in this oppressive institution. So ithat the action based raceism, which would say, be taking a slave, becomes an ution based raceism and institutional raceism.
