The Base Rate for Machine Learning
Tesla has now hundreds of thousands of vehicles fully instrumented in the exact same way that they would be self driving recording. They'll be able to use that to boot strap a system that they can then eitherbootstrap simulation systems or systems that can start to do this in the real world. I think it's the base rate for machine learning. It's the foundation. If you do not have enough theater, you can not solve the problem.
