The Digital Public Goods Alliance is a multi-stakeholder initiative that stems out of the high-level panel on digital cooperation established in 2018. The core founders are the Norwegian Agency or Norway, Sierra Leone through the Directorate of Science, Technology and Innovation and UNICEF.
