How Do You Assimilate Multiple Perspectives?
I love this idea of just incorporating perspectives from others, right? It's so key to learning and ultimately, I think even psychologically, that's what we are. We're kind of a composition of all these personalities that we've interacted with," he says. "We pick up hopefully the good things from others and try to discard the less good things" He adds: "We have amazing people here at our company that we all contribute to that."
