I think this is the biggest crucial change in the international system in decades because what you have developing is a classic rivalry between the two established hegemon's or one rising depending on how you want to see it. Now there is probably going to we're going to arrive at some kind of modus vivendi where some way of living with the US and China living with each other so I think that there will come to be some recognition the world is too economically interdependent to have total decoupling. So all those realities will remain but the competition will intensify which means that there will be increasingly areas where there will be carve outs whether it's with regard to the highest end of chip making
