Harold: I think many people will be disappointed to hear that for the sake of what you've collectively achieved, but also surprised. We have had kind of a national coach who's located in Bergen, who's in charge of the stream training. But that is something we will change. He will have a not so important role anymore. And then we have a development team. And their development team have a national coach working with the athletes on development in that 16 athletes. So most of the team are build around us and we are doing everything. At that level, we want to do that to be active. That is quite challenging.
