It is a great question because now we can dive down all different kinds of avenues. Well, if we talk about archetypes and how certain people are just built different. So you'll see people who are very effective in later phases of propulsion like funnels or rectangles. Those athletes are going to be very effective in mid stance. And it's really common in weightlifting. If you don't have this understanding of different shapes producing force in different ways, that's not an effective strategy where some of the best weightlifters will actually move like that.
