Yonas Vinigor won the Tour de France for a second year in a row. His victory margin of seven minutes and 38 seconds was more than any other rider has ever achieved on this tour. It went from being the most competitive titleist to potentially the most open or one sided. How does that happen? And I don't know, history probably is not going to tell us that.
