Derek Tang: The Fed says the new repo facilities will make their job easier than going forward in terms of doing QT. He says bank CFOs are actually not that keen on using these facilities, which isn't great news for the Fed. But despite that survey result, they're coming out and saying, "These facilities are here as backstops" So I think that's an important signal to take. And probably the true test of them will be a crisis, right?
