They were considering in court to be capable of mischievous discretion. This is a term that means that they can claim they didn't know what they were doing. But it was quite obvious they did, but they didn’t know why or the reason for it. And i mean, at ten, like, you avety know, tat murders wrong. For them to claim in the dark, or in these interviews, that they don't seems psychopatic. Maybe they were told just say you don't know right from wrong is like getting off guilty by reason of insanity, or whatever. So you get off with the crime because you're crazy.
