Electro Physiology of a Nuron - What's the Difference?

When i do electro physiology, i do it through ot the voltage current. It's measuring thehe chart, the charge change and the charge difference across the membrane of a nuron. And it's not electrons. So again, eco, no kno thatt's the difference anyway. You wantid to do to send this message a is to somehow change the charge between the membrane.
