O'Kane's Medal of Honor

O'Kane is awarded the Medal of Honor, three navy crosses, three silver stars and many other decorations throughout his career. He's what I call an officer who, if he wears all his decorations, assumes a distinct list to port. O'Kane didn't go out there to be awarded medals. That's not what he was out there to do. And his Medal of Honor wasn't awarded to him until after the award Ended.
