Most of the markets i'm buying in are fully furnished, so the up front cost is very low. Since your properties are mostly furnished already, are you buying from previously own shorter rental owners? Yet another it's actually another way to identify short, terminal friendly markets. If people are selling properti s fully furnished, usually it's somebody that was using it as a short terminal orer, vacation home.
