The War of the Golden Stool

This is the fourth Anglo-Asante war, Sophie. Prempe the first wins the civil war and then the Brits are like, sorry, no, we're not having that. They come in and invade again for the fourth time and they exile him. The new figurehead who is going to believe this resistance movement is Yarr Asante - a Queen Mother. She mounts enough of an opposition to thwart the British attempts to take the Golden Stool. Even though Asante is eventually annexed as a crown colony, she's also exiled to the Seychelles.
