"It's not trying to be everything. It's about what do you do really well and what crushes you to have to do," she says. "I can only imagine someone listening to this and they might say, okay, I have this particular genius, but I'm not getting to use it very often." She advises managers to get their team to look at a 'team map' that shows how many people are good in different areas of the company.
