The DPC's Strategy to Fuck Up a Procedure
The DPC delayed the whole case for about three and a half years they could have decided already everything was clear but they did another investigation. After four years they still said that all of that is legal despite the European selling them already it's won against everybody here on this view. They really kind of use every button to make it impossible for the rest of Europe to say hey there is something fishy or that's not an accurate decision. In the end the EBB decided largely the right way what happened in the way is that we actually said there's nine reasons why they process data under 6.1b which is legal and the EBB actually at some point limited only to behavioral advertisement
