What Is a General Partnership?
A dow is any kind of arrangement among multiple people that is governed at least in part through a contract code. If there's no other document that sets out what that arrangement is, then the law will generally look at that as age partnership. A publicly traded partnership is a concept in the united states that has more than one person and trades on an exchange.
